At Mendota Pet, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted gear and want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
